to be fair he was playing great before the leg break and his ranking was improving while actually playing

I dont doubt that he was playing well, however during his injury his ranking has gone through the roof
Better than Baines? Were a better side with him? He can walk on water etc etc

I don't see his best position as a left back. I'd love him to play left wing ahead of Baines especially as we don't have anyone who has stamped their authority on it.

He is a class left back but I'd like him and baines.

We didn't get the chance to try it very much but, in the couple of games we did, they tended to get tangled up in their roles with both trying to be left back.

Imo Oviedo was better on the right wing as he cut in and Coleman overlapped but overall Bryan's skills are as a fullback more than a winger.

We probably have enough games that we get both Baines and Oviedo decent gametime as full backs, especially if Oviedo can switch over to RB cover for Coleman.
