As someone else stated every headed down ball goes straight to them. It's like a shitty game of Fifa. We are giving them too much time on the ball, way too much. Get one more goal and it should be enough.

not sure what to make of that, we've been brilliant in attack think eto'o naismith and lukaku have been amazing baring that attrocious pass for their goal.

but our defence is dodgy as hell. this is by far the worst attacking team in the league and they've had a fair few attacks. it must be said, they've barely created anything themselves, it's all been from our own undoing with sloppy passes.

passing has been hit and miss as well, dodgy in defence but fluid in attack. the static nature of everyone for the goal was appaling, howard was never going to get there and at least he didn't touch him otherwise he was off, but they would have scored anyway.

This whole season has been absolutely so perplexing. We look nothing like the team that was so ace last season yet we have almost exactly the same team plus SAMUEL FN ETO'O! What on earth is going on with them?

We are just too slow in gettingbthe ball forward, i'm absolutely pissed off watching the ball get played across the back 4.
I would love them to show us the posession stats and then show what they are from the back 4.

Eto'o has been class as a No.10, disappointed in Naismith tbh - Rom's done fine apart from the sloppy pass. It's the sitting back that does is in

Putting Barkley on is a risk as well for 2 reasons

1. he is now known to be Very poor off the bench

2. He (a lot like the rest of the forward group) is as likely to give the ball away as well as he is to keep it.

Pleased to see Lukaku score, that really was a howler for their goal but he really worked hard to make up for it and he took his goal very well.

We definitely need to hit these early again, knock all the fight out of them. Barry and McCarthy have been very impressive winning the ball but Naismith hasn't had much chance to do anything. I'd change shape and bring Barkley on if he's got the energy, he'll run at them and they'll sh*t.
