Game changed when we were forced into the

He couldn't miss that chance ffs. Hes paid to score goals and he has, a tap-in. That was easy but he hasn't done much else. Needs to ruffle a few of their feathers more I believe. But well done on the finish, he got himself into a good position.
Aggree totally mate. That donkey of a centre forward they've got has given both of our centre halves something to think about.

I've said before

but why did we go away from the 433 with Gomes? We did well. Then he did poor in games where both James and Richy were missing and playing further up and we gave up on the 433 with the balanced midfield and kept trying different crap.

Sometimes, we and managers overthink things. If it ain't broke, don't fix it
This! Too much tinkering. Three at the back has killed defensive cohesion, centre midfield getting swamped. We’ve surely seen it enough now to know it’s horrible and doesn’t work. The scary thing is it’s looked diabolical against Fulham, Leeds and Burnley - if he tries to play it next week against Chelsea then it could be a long game. We can still be good with four at the back even if the full backs aren’t first choice. It’s really not been worth unsettling the whole team, has it.
