Good job no one has ever claimed that it STOPS you getting it.

Don’t gaslight, this was said roundly in the first few months of it it being rolled out, and was only acknowledged a couple of months ago.

Also, that’s not the point of the post. He was pointing out how if it doesn’t stop you getting it, why punish players who haven’t had it?

i thought that was the whole point of a vaccine.

Very very few vaccines 100% STOP you getting something (ie GUARANTEE you won’t get it). They lower the odds. And in the case of the covid vaccine they also then lower the odds of you developing symptoms if you DO catch it, with the knock on effect of lowering the odds of you then passing it on to someone else.

I was genuinely looking forward to a feast of dynamic football from both teams. Boooo
