Got the right stuff in him, just needs to calm it and get his head up. Chuffed he's getting games though - good mgt from Dyche.

He's an honest pro, think he gets in his own head when he makes a mistake and can look a walking liability as a result.

Kind of needs a manager and support network that will coach him into accepting that mistakes are part of the game and to react accordingly.
