bit surprised noone commented on the old guy's initial racist comment. admittedly we don't know how the interaction started, but the white man asks a black kid he doesn't know to shine his shoes. In america something like that has very very strong racist connotations. the man was aggressive, even though he moved he continued to make comments to antagonize the kid. the kid was being humiliated in front of his friends.

as soon as the kid laid a hand on him, the guy started wailing on him and beat the [Poor language removed] out of him. right after that, he started screaming that he was hit first and it was self defense. then as the other video shows he went into a frenzy screaming "king kong ain't got shit on me." to me it seems obvious that the old man is racist (he also says a "chinaman" could shine his shoes), and he guessed that if he riled the kid up enough, he could pick a fight, get to beat up a black kid and call it self defense.

i'm not trying to excuse the black kid's behavior, he was behaving thuggish and talking [Poor language removed], and he got put in his place. i have no problem with someone with too big of a mouth getting put in their place. but i'm not going applaud an obviously racist and probably a little psychopathic old man walking around picking fights with minorities and capitalizing
