Somebody had made a double bid, but Everton have decided not to cash in on Cahill. However Johnson is a different matter and if a fee is agrred (a long way to go) then we might be willing to do business.

I won't reveal my source becasue 1.) Don't want the post to get pulled. 2.) It would be the wrong thing to do because it would put him in a very tricky position.

Like I said I don't care if people don't believe me, but you will see that most of my posts are correct or very close to it. As for Howard he knew by talking to the USA doctors who said it could be a 3 week layoff.

anyway hopefully Mikky can come back and we can get back on winning ways before our cup games

BlueToffee I appreciate your input I really do, but you have to realise how it comes across, your first posts and their sensationalist and in all honesty dont appear genuine. Hopefully mate your not trying to wind us all up and you'll become a regular on the forum.

Source or no source I would argue the point that selling these two means the team 'should' go down. No player or players are bigger than the team, Not AJ, not Cahill, not even Arteta.

Never mind that I think it is bollocks anyway.
 
wellies at the ready. No approach has been made for Cahill. EVERY club knows that the transfer window is closed and that making a bid would be futile AND illegal according to FA sanctions. Also, AJ = Homesick. Not rocket science to drag up old history and claim it is news. Either you are losing the plot OR your mate is winding you up.
 

Yeah thats a fair point Sim. Just read what I put and it does come across bad. Its not a wind up. As for FA regs, its states that Transfers can be agreed in Prinicalpal, but can not be confirmed bids etc. Hence why people can look for a new club in Jan when they are out of contract.

But point is taken, I just thought I would state what I have heard. As for getting my source into trouble that can't happen because it could be classed as idle gossip.

AJ is homesick everybody knows that, but a approch has been made. I think we should keep hold of him because there is no question to his work rate.

We have many trusted sources on here and this information would certainly have been picked up by now so go tell your source that we don't believe him and if he proves to be correct we will apologise, but I honestly don't think we'll have to:P
 
Bluetoffee, i'm not saying you are making it up but these kind of threads without specific details are frustrating, it may well be you're honest and sincere but the responses you are getting are only normal for this type of "gossip".

At least give yourself a possible get out clause for when it doesnt happen, that way the level of vitriol directed at you will be far less.
