Can I change my username please

Can I change my username? It's the same as my actual name which I obviously regret choosing.

Either that or ban me at my own request so I can start again from scratch please. I'm not making multi's to wind anyone up, I'm trying to make my alias more like an actual alias rather than my first name repeated.
