To be fair, I know a lot of people, too many probably, who vote Labour, like to get on social media to tell everyone about it but do absolutely nothing in their life to adhere to their values.

There’s a massive snobbery and bigotry with Labour voters in this city.

There is a difference in voting Tory than Tory governments- it's a freedom of choice , but all my working life the Tory governments have been harsh on the average working man - Thacther had to be the worst - Cameron & Osbourne a close second ......
Labour are less harsh, but like wasting money imo they are mostly the same - snouts in the trough politicians from most parties - I have had help from MPs from either parties tbh in personal troubles from either party so there are a small minority of good MPs out there which ever banner they represent...
I could not be bothered who votes for either parties as it is their prerogative....

Perhaps you have forgotten the hardships endured by the north of England in general, and Liverpool in particular, during that her tenure. I will never forget it, having lived through it. Perhaps you are not a Scouser, and did not live through it.

The role of the tories, is to protect the upper class and to give everyone else, just enough so that they don’t lose their minds and threaten the status quo. This is not even hidden but very few seem to understand it. Everyone happily follows behind because of the belief that this system is the natural order and we all should know our place.

Problems happen when they are unable to assist the masses efficiently as they have got too greedy or scaled back public services too much and not prepared for a crisis. Then they will start to create false enemies and employ distraction techniques as we are witnessing now.

You could argue the best labour leader was a Labour leader wearing a blue rosette i.e. Tony Blair who took us into an illegal war - then got a knighthood recently = they are all the same -who ever votes for whom ... personally i am voting for no one any more .....

To be fair, I think the faux pas on your behalf was posting it so early. On the morning of a potential blue-boy defeat would have been a prime posting period.
