Fairest way here would be to just tell everyone there won’t be any credits awarded for this.

In the chance that there are “hoarders” they might not apply, but equally, imagine the fume (and rightly so) if we ended up in Europe (very unlikely, I know) and the reason you don’t qualify for a ticket is because you missed out in a lottery?

Only fair way in my opinion..

Could cause issues if credits from this season are used for Bournemouth away as that's a small allocation aswell

Just don’t think it’s fair.

I mean, realistically 75% of full credit persons are getting a ticket, but yeah, there’s no actual benefit to giving a credit anyway.

Just be smart Everton, it would be chaos as you said, because it effectively causes issues for those unfortunate, when getting Bournemouth tickets.
