I highly doubt Solskjaer will remain their manager come December the way they are playing.

Just worry by then they'll have punted him and appointed a Poch or Allegri who actually know what they are doing
Worry about Brighton now - worry about the League Cup after December's Arsenal game

Not being stuck having to play Europa League nonsense gives us a big advantage here.
If we were to win this mickymouse...which I wouldnt turn down obvs...cup the reward is the conference, aka, playing the Accrington Stanley's of Kazakhstan...which I would like to turn down...should we win it.

For superstitious geezers, the 1995 FA Cup quarter final draw had us and Newcastle as the last two teams in the pot and we got a home draw.

Seriously though, as i said in last page.

Man Utd have to play in the run up to our game, twice a week. The only time they don't is International Break.

6 less games, no travelling to Turkey, yeah. I'm a lot happier. I can't see them starting their better players.

Also I've got a feeling Ole might be under serious pressure towards the end of the year, if they have poor league form and sit outside the top 4, getting to a league cup semi final wont save him.
If his job is on the line he will prioritise the league

I hope you're right. He's an atrocious manager, but they're due a pen again soon, so they'll probably be top.

Does a trophy buy him some time? It's just for me, they could be deflated by being out of Champions League. They may have two huge games in Leicester away and Wolves at Home in the following 6 days. Trying to think of reasons they'd start Ighalo up top, and not Martial (who always scores against us).

If we can't beat these, then we may as well throw our hats at it.We can't afford to be overconfident, but the current Man United side are a pale shadow, of the great united teams of the Ferguson era. They are also managed by an out of his depth manager. So i think even looking at it from a neutral point of view, you'd back Everton to win.So hoepfully we'll put this lot to the sword.;)

if we beat United in league and then in this cup we will unite so called "biggest enemies and rivals" in English football Liverpool and Man U against us. It will indicate how far we come under Carlo in such short period.
