U23 is a poor standard of football, or the games I’ve seen are Anyway.
Unless they are showing it in training I wouldn’t be throwing them in.
These games are essential for a cup run and some confidence.
I’d be going as strong as we can get away with.

We might even see Gbamin for the other one of Onana / Allan, but I’d be happy not to see Keane get a run out. Lampard’s ruthless disregard of Keane has been one of my favourite things this season.
