Theres no such thing as a legal stream.
Its against the "law" and the site can get done for allowing links to be published.

bull****.. al jazeera is not an illegal site.. you can only watch the streams in some countries though.

The site gets less money basically. Posting streams and not being reprimanded for it shows the site tolerates illegal streams which harms the site's reputation which hurts ad revenue
