We’ll never know all the details, but it does seem like more incompetence from those in charge of Everton. However it is clear that Carlo was well paid before he left, I judge him badly for the pursuit of more £, even if we did owe it to him!
If have a contract to be paid I expect the company to honour that contract and pay it. It doesn't matter if I need the money or not. It's the principle.

What I'm saying is how do you know he was chasing more £? In fact how do you know he was well paid before he left? I'm sure his contract stated he was on decent money, but how on earth do you know he got paid it? He may not have done.
