Fixed thatWe’re not in the champions league and the prem is a different beast. Martinez has a very good cup record for instance but he couldn’t manage his way through his dinner.

You have just proved my pointKone didn't just play for us, he scored a league hattrick for us.
To be fair I would do thatAnybody suggesting Moyes, or any of the other bile has been British managers over Ancelotti would be the type of person to climb over a naked, oil clad Kylie Minogue to bum Fizz from Corrie.
What a night that was.Anybody suggesting Moyes, or any of the other bile has been British managers over Ancelotti would be the type of person to climb over a naked, oil clad Kylie Minogue to bum Fizz from Corrie.
How do you know that Moyes is the only candidate capable of the task in the time frame available? 6 years have passed and this is a completely different club and a different set of players than when Moyes was here and he didn't exactly set the world on fire when he was here anyway. He has been sacked from 2 clubs and got relegated in another and has been out of work for 18 months because no club wants him. There is arguably more of a chance that we would get relegated with him in charge than move upwards.
It honestly boggles my mind how any Evertonian could want him back. It has to be more about sentimentality than common sense imo.
He needs to stay in the past and the best thing for the club for now and the future is a top class manager like this fella or the like.
Will have to try and dig out big Sam's old TrackiesHas he got weight issues? lol
I don't think many of us will be alive in 24 hours, and no not because of the state of the NHS.!!!!!!
Mail saying he's coming in the next 24 hours for talks.

According to The Sun, Everton are highly likely to steal a march on Arsenal who are not yet in the position to talk with the 60-year-old about becoming their next permanent boss.!!!!!!

Evertonians voting Tory, Evertonians linking the S*n. I never thought I'd see the day.
Fair enough mate, feel too despondent to pay attention to the details! In the fellas defence he didnt link The Scum, I was just pointing out that The Mails source was that.
Good idea, let's get another young manager in who wants to try out new formations, tactics and play out from the back.
Hate this idea of us being a project for young aspiring managers. It's all about the now. And right now we need someone who can go in and realise our current crop are limited and not good enough.
We a manager who will dig in and grind out points until the end of the season.
Ancelloti would be a fine choice
