When you consider that he's won more competitions in his managerial career (since 1995) than we have as club in our entire history, it provides me with optimism.
I also look at his average win percentages at all his clubs - see one of my previous posts - and it is again brings me with some optimism that he can nurture us.
Am I looking solely at the FA Cup? No, I am looking at him progressing in the league, entering Europe and challenging the club as we develop our overall status.
But if winning the FA Cup is the first milestone, then you know what, I would be happy with that. We have tasted success since '95, which is far, far too long.
