The article says it isn’t done, it says he needs to decide the correct course of action with Napoli.

Agreeing terms with the prospective club is different.

Yep does depend on definition of “done deal” - done deal in terms of Everton side of things, not a completely done deal on finalizing Napoli contract exit.

Hopefully in all definitions it will be complete soon but we are Everton after all so skepticism is usually warranted.

That's why we need a world class manager though. Anyone else and as we have seen you just have Kenwright and Moshiri meddling in stuff they should'nt be, whereas with someone like Carlo i don't think they would even dare tbh.
