I will say that doesn't worry me as much. Sure it's a concern. What does strike me about those two clubs is how nosey the administration are in the day to day. De Laurentiis is a certified knobhead and Bayern rotate managers like I change pants.

I like the idea of Dunc as 1st team coach under Ancelotti to ward off this scenario.
