AC has got me a bit excited. He is a top manager no doubt but when you look at the clubs he has managed you see that those clubs were already top drawer clubs and a bad season for them would be something like finishing 3rd. That has me filled with trepidation....I just hope his tactics are world class and take us up the table with tactics alone. He is a big name so is able to attract big name players also. I just hope he has the fire in his belly to take the task of making a great team.

I, like I assume you also, am no Carragher fan. But let's not try to twist every comment into some bitter anti-Everton rant. The whole football world thinks Ancelotti is too big for us, too good for us. And to honest, I think he is. As if a club who hasn't won anything in 25 years should be able to coax a serial winner like him into joining us. But that's the reason why I am absolutely bleedin' made up that we are getting him and think the club has played a blinder. Anyway, waste of time writing that as 95% of posters here are so desperate to prove themselves to be the biggest super Blues ever they won't admit the obvious. Apologist? Hah.
