Are you AT ALL familiar with this fan base?

They'd howl down a dugout with Alex Ferguson as manager and his three assistants Arrigo Sacchi, Vicente Del Bosque and Pep Guardiola.

The Walton Luftwaffe would be flying their banners: "TIME TO GO WHISKEY NOSE...AND TAKE THE THREE STOOGES WITH YER, LAD"

Ancelotti wont know what's hit him soon.
yep sadly we are an impatient fanbase.

It’s the opposite, we gave Martínez an extra SEASON which he didn’t deserve, and Silva went 17 league games with 3 wins last season and was still enjoying the majority of our fans support. We are too patient, and that is thanks to likes of Kenwright bringing our expectations down.

Too patient:

18 months into the Martinez three years - just 6 months after the best season we've had in the PL era - there was a movement to get Martinez out.

Silva: the end of last season everyone was content we were moving in the right direction - then the "Director" of Football sells the feller's best defensive player, fails to get his best CB secured, and buys a load of crocks and Silva is hounded out.

Do me a favour on the 'too patient' stuff.

Since Moyes left there has been a Geordiefication of the fanbase.

Mate sorry but we're the most impatient fanbase around. Full stop,The End.

We wasn’t ever going in the right direction under Silva, a couple of wins against big clubs at home who were in their own mini crises papered over the cracks, Silva was a dud and how he got away with 3 league wins in 17 was mind boggling.

Martinez was dire, you have a well established blind spot for him, so there’s no point me pointing out how crap he was, but he got a season too long, make no mistake about that.

Leicester sack Puel for sitting in 11th, we kept giving Silva time to turn it round while we sat 16th and the fans who wanted him gone are accused of impatience, unbelievable!

if GOT is representative of the fan base as a whole in any way, then yeah we are a ridiculously impatient fan base.

it doesn’t always have to be fans screaming SACK. Sometimes its just the critical comments that start popping up waaaay to early in a new regime or a new season and you’re thinking Here We Gooooo

its a plague in football fans in general. Impatient stupidity

Because Martinez and Silva shall not be appointed in the first place. They just aren’t good enough. Mid lower to relegation type of managers in PL.
