All the evidence is in front of our eyes. Years of dismal results and performances lacking any heart.

What are we waiting for. New players are needed right now for all sorts of reasons. Lots more are needed in the summer. More needed next January and lots more the next summer.

Ps. Its best to ignore the utter drivel that comes out of every managers mouth at all times. Everything they ever say is to try and get performances from their CURRENT playing staff. They would laugh if people believed even half of what they say.

Oh dear. That really is nonsense. The scattergun approach has failed not only us but many other clubs too. We need to build on what he have in a planned and organised way. We have one signing this window and I would expect maybe three in the summer. Any more than that and we risk repeating the mistakes made by all our last four managers, for which we are still, literally, paying the price.

IMHO the majority of those players aren't so much awful as demotivated. And that has been most of the reason for our recent poor form. It'll take some time but I think Carlo Ancelotti will bring back some of that hunger thats been absent for so long.

Well, I'm hoping the Carlo is running the rulevovervthe squad over the rest of season, seeing who can be improved or steered back on track whilst deciding his preferred playing style, tactical set up, and strategy for the coming season in tandem with Brands. That's arguably when crucial recruitment will happen (or should happen). The long game. Hopefully.
