A managers job is to motivate and organize the players at his disposal. Carlo isn't doing that.

A trophy would be nice. A Derby win would be nice. Champs league would be nice. The stadium hopefully will be nice. Ancelotti is a cool guy of course , maybe he's on the right track now. No more time wasting running on the spot.
