Name me Peps Assistant manager or Klopps.

Not every top manager makes a top assistant or vice versa.

I couldn't tell you Leicester's DOF or scouts names but they have done a top level job in their respective roles.

A successful club is successful not just by who's on the pitch or the manager - Man City are a perfect example of whilst they have unlimited money bar one or two duds their recruitment team have been fantastic over the years in getting value for money.

Anyone who tells me Davide or Big Dunc aint only here because one's the bosses son and the others a Everton Cult Hero are lying to themselves.

Manchester City who paid 40m for Nathan Ake? 70m for Mahrez, yeah, fantastic value for money.

Bit weird to come for The assistant managers, but ok.

Ancelotti doesn't know how to pick a backroom staff. He will get it right one day. These things come with experience.

Well to go from our style of play at the start of the season to the one we are seeing now suggests our management team are not quite able to get the balance right between attack and defence.

We like to blame a lot of people at this club when things go wrong (Kenwright, Brands, the players, the manager, Unsworth, the tea lady) but when questions get asked about these peoples positions its always "what you talkin bout willis" and nothing changes hence why we are always crap.

Wholesale changes are needed at this club and have been for years now.

Is that the Royal "we"?

My point is there is a reason why we blame these people.

If the recruitment over these last few years wasn't garbage - we wouldn't be talking about Brands position would we?

Big Dunc has been around the coaching staff for years whilst we have played on the whole gutter ineffective football - why cant we question what he brings to the table?

Our academy doesn't seem to offer much these days - what exactly does mastermind Unsy offer to that role?

Take away some dodgy USM sponsers propping up our accounts we are still a very poorly ran football club.

Leicester could lose Vardy tomorrow and probably replace him in 12 months, Liverpool lose Torres then got Suarez, lost Suarez then got Salah. Thats not blind luck its having a top draw scouting and recruitment set up - we still haven't replaced Lukaku over 3 years on, Barkley wasnt great but we still haven't replaced his legs/ability to drive up the field with the ball in around the same time. We haven't replaced a past it Coleman for 2 years.

You can build a shiny new stadium, throw money around but if the solid foundations are not in place its a house built on sand.

How some still haven't realised that post Moyes astonishes me.

Its not cry arsing its demanding the best and that means serious questions being asked about a number of people in important positions at this club over the past 3-4 years who've been just as much to blame for the stagnation as the players on the pitch.
