Lads, what else what he supposed to do tonight legitimately offer up any other strategy using the players he's got available to him? We literally have 12 senior players, missing our first choice and third choice forward, second choice winger, first, second and third choice midfielders possibly fourth choice too, first choice goalkeeper and have now with Mina gone injured lost our first choice centre half, all we have left is basically playing the majority of the team of out position.
Be disappointed but have some perspective at the same time. Season is done, we desperately need to make the Europa but what a travesty the way it has all ended. Injuries aside we haven't been good enough of course but there's only so much we can do with 12 players. With those 12 there's at least 4 in Davies, Gylfi, Iwobi and Olsen that won't/shouldn't be near the squad or in it next year.
That's 8 players out of 25 that are actually of use to the manager right now, 6 of whom are defenders. Just think about that before you go blaming Carlo.
