He only has 1/3 of a team he's managed to assemble, we've clearly got too many players who are either not good enough, not arsed or at worse both that we need to shift and replace. Doesn't help that our best player James is made of glass, you could bring in Moyes, Rodgers and Pep and I bet all 3 of them couldn't motivate some of the wastemen we have here.
