We tried the young manager approach with Silva. We are just going around in circles here. We are a nothing club. There to make up the numbers and for others to get major laughs out of.

Can't fault the young manager model it was a debacle because of the target. Silva relegated a club and then had a forgettable season at Watford. It was inevitable that he was going to fail.
