He is really the Don ain't he. The amount of games that we've won in the past 12 months due to him have the tactical nous to set up us exactly right and drilling the correct idea into the players. Been the odd mistake but no manager in the world gets is right every single game, no one.
He is slowly erasing this whole "Everton that" mentality, supporters aren't going into tough fixtures anymore already convinced we'll balls it up. That is a massive achievement for any manager considering how deeply-rooted that problem has became in the club over the past few decades. Magnifico, hope he's around for ages.
