reality of the game is, our players are not there yet. but even if we lose this 3-2, 4-2 or whatever, previous seasons we'd park the bus on 2-0 down and pray to god we don't concede more. we came out swinging on 2nd half.

Pretty clear what the game plan was, failure to execute it in the first 45 mins is hardly down to tactics.
