If In 2 more seasons he is still here and we haven’t improved then we should look at changing. But if ever a manager should be given time & money it’s Ancelotti.

The disappointing thing is not how we lost tonight. Man City are next level.

The fact that we haven't been able to flip from a defensive style to a more attacking style against the weaker teams is Carlo's biggest issue so far this season.

Loses to Newcastle, Leeds, Fulham at home just kill your season momentum.

That is the next part of the evolution - beating teams when we are on the front foot.

Not having a quality RB, RW or quality ball playing midfielders doesn't help that.

I'm not wishing to explain or dismiss the stat, there's many stats you could use to paint us in a poor light and we have to do better. But, mate, hopeless? Really? Give your head a wobble.

Absolutely needs time and 3-4 new players to slot into that first XI in the summer. But in the meantime, progress towards turning our home form around and playing slightly more expansive football wouldn't go amiss.
