An interesting quote from Duncan about Davide Ancelotti in his interview, called him a tactical genius or something, also said Davide works a lot with DCL in training. I find that fascinating.

I would say from a very early age Davide has been around top class players.
He has probably attended hundreds of training sessions as an observer while in his teens ,
He will have witnessed top one on one coaches in both attack and defense at work.
Probably hundreds of conversations with Carlo about football
Imagine all the top players he had access to .
Its no wonder he picked up a lot of tactical knowhow and I am sure Carlo made sure he done his badges with the best of the best

So glad to have this classy operator at the forefront of our club. He explained our position very well on all the media nonsense regarding VVD whilst mentioning the fact he injured James in the second minute and the fact that media/RS saying it was pre-meditated or stupid (Wijnaldum’s exact word) is bang out of order.

Ancelotti and klopp represent the difference between everton and the rs perfectly.

Just look at his press conference, james was injured by their yard dog, yet he labels it as "a mistimed tackle with". None of this babbling nonsence witch hunt that klopp has helped orchestrate over pickford.

Then this "We have a lot of opportunities to replace Richarlison and James. We are already moving on."

Compare that to klopp's waffle about crying about van dijk, giving the impression their season is over, hurling abuse at press conferences saying "are you seriously a journalist" and talking to them like they're beneath him and scum.


I get embarrassed by Everton, let down by the players, but I'll always be proud to be an Evertonian, because this is what we do, we get on with life and take all the rough with the tiny smooth. Compare that to those idiot brothers of ours who get so irate about any little fact that it gives them no time to actually enjoy their lives.

Doubt it was for no reason; nailed on this was discussed beforehand. They are now so upset because it backfired big time and they need a scapegoat. Pundits and Klop alike are an embarrassment.

Carlo just put that whining, gurning gibbon Klopp in his place with his press conference - calmness personified, dignified, wished VVD well and direct and spot on with his responses, with no bitching, cryarseing or scandalous accusations, and called the kopites and media reaction exactly what it is - "not fair".

Compare his to Klopps pantomime of media engagement and the difference couldn't be more startling - another example when comparing the two clubs we can add to Dr Frances brilliant words, such as pornograpy Vs art.

I am still baffled how the football authorities have allowed Klopp, Henderson and winaldjum to use the language and terminology they have been - they are accusing Pickford and Richarlison of intentionally going onto a football pitch to injure opposition's players, of that var officials "cheat" and draw lines wrong on purpose - if those statements aren't bringing the game into disrepute then I don't know what is?!
