We 100 percent should have played the C team against City and taken that Fullham game more seriously, but great result. He took a bit of the sting out from dropping three points last Sunday. We have to close out strong now. No more Siggy/James combos please
 

He's everything to us going forward. Look what he's done in a little over a year. Getting so much more out of the existing players than anyone before him. Attracted some serious ballers. The identity, spirit and fight is back and we are getting results like tonight. We are building something here with this young but quality squad. Moshiri will back him to the hilt in summer, opportunities like this won't come around often. We have a world class manager and he will pull us up to the top tier. Carlo is King.
 
I'm not one for point scoring, but Blues who've across social media called for Carlo to be removed during our rocky spells this season really need to have a word with themselves.

We don't have a squad of world class players so it's going to be a bumpy ride at times and we will lose games we think we should be winning but we really are on the right track under this manager.

Certainly the home form is a concern. But we are hardly the only ones with that problem this season. Just look across the park and at Man Utd.

It won't be a quick fix here but in Ancelotti we have someone who can build something special and he can attract top players.
 
Took some stones to play that team with those tactics when the temptation to bring DCL and Allan straight back in was there.

The result is the kind of win that makes you feel sane for thinking that this group of players under this manager is going somewhere.
