Hahaha. I have to blame the autocorrect on this one as many lads here blame their Columbia misspellings. As much as I love Italian food, specially after visiting the lovely peninsula and falling in love with the country. The recipe I will be making tomorrow is my mom's, it is made with chicken and ground meat so it is not the traditional lasagne recipe.

Call it what you want then, I suggest Chiasgna!
I wouldn't throw beef into Paella!
