Well I was trying to keep in the spirit of your thread to be honest. I'd say if he hasn't said anything else about it for 15 years that equates to keeing his trap shut.

I dunno mate, maybe he has. But you asked if he had talked about the Tories. You didn't put a time frame on what constitutes a valid utterance. Maybe next time indicate a plus or minus tolerance for eligible time frames? Say 2 years?

I'm trying to keep in with your original opening post. I don't know what time frames you're using.

Can't bear the second rate celebs getting such airtime on the tv on every opportunity - just because they're known rather than for any specific talent or ability.

But what confounds me most is the value given to their opinions on topics because they're well known, rather than them having any specific relevant expertise.
