i just want to see who we can go for in january teams wont let their good players go in january and you cant find any better for 20 million if you are willing to pay 50-60 million then maybe you can get a striker better than tosun

if cenk plays in at least 25 matches 500.000 euro

these add ons cant be more than 2 million euro

so its 22million +2 million add ons so not more than 24 million euro = £22m

DCL looks faster and if played down the middle maybe a better position for him - still feel we needed a striker in the last window.......the three we have are not clinical finishers ....time will tell!

Correct Joey he's a centre forward not a wide attacker.I've no doubt that's where he wants to play himself.He's got raw edges but is still learning.He can finish he's proved that at all levels.Big Joey was a freak given the age he played at the top level but what a player.Also all the arl arse supporters were saying similar things about Royle for about a year when he broke through that we are now saying about DCL.Got a feeling he's going to be a top player.

Tosun can slot, if we feed him, he doesnt need pace, its about feeding the Cenk and he will score.

Hes not missing 3 or 4 a game, if he starts getting chances and misses them then of course we are in big trouble.

I suspect midfield and up top will be our main focus the next 2 windows regardless.

He's not missing chances because he can't get himself into a position to score. I'd genuinely rather he was fluffing his lines in front of goal. Nothing worse than when you've got a striker who doesn't look like scoring.

Disagree massively on Tosun. He’s not mobile at all so doesn’t get the chances somebody rapid would, but finishing is not his problem at all. He’s not missed many chances at all for us and has slotted some great finishes e.g. Huddersfield away, Valencia home, Burnley away.

He's not a very good player at all, he's not terrible, but certainly shouldn't be in our starting XI.

You have to ask the question whether anyone went out to watch the likes of klassen, Sandro and tosun.
Or whether someone looked at their stats on wikipedia and YouTube and bought them purely off that.

One look at tosun for 90 mins and you would of realised he isn't the kind of striker needed here.

He's a good player, but I do think he's a bit stressed about not slotting yet.
