Cameron Manning
Player Valuation: £35m
He’s like Boris Johnson, the less you see him the more chance there is you’ll like him !!!maybe to give him a last chance to prove himself, or make a case for himself for the january window

Allardyce had tried to sign him before. We need to hope he gets a job at a bottom half side and signs him as their last hope before they get relegated.
Think we all want it to work for any player we sign.but unfortunately it hasn’t for him he’s just not good enoughI wanted it to work for him.
Kinda see what your saying here, but also feel even in his younger days athleticism was not one of his strong points. The problem for Tosun is there's a mismatch for physical performance at peak age. His physical performance can only head south, he doesn't have the speed of thought to compensate nor the ability to make the right movement.

Not being athletic is one thing, having the mobility of the Statue of Liberty is another.Athleticism isn't all that important if you have speed of thought and movement. Is Harry Kane athletic? No, it's his speed of thought that sets him apart.

It's after midnight. I've had what feels like 227 pints. You can't seriously expect me to look back 3 posts. Surely?Absolutely, perhaps you missed my point on movement in post #1804.
No chance either way. He’s like Boris Johnson, the less you see him the more chance there is you’ll like him !!!
No...he said the very best available for the fee. Fat, thick slug. Head like a Banana Split...Like Klopp.Dunno if this has been said on one of the earlier pages, but I remember when he was signed, Allardyce did an interview that concerned me. Sam was saying that Tosun's stats and performance indicators (eg ball retention, number of touches etc) were good, but the tone of his voice was implying that, "Somebody has juggled some simplistic numbers and saddled me with this bloke. I suspect he can't actually play". I know Allardyce isn't a popular figure, but it seems he was right on this.
