dont get me wrong, i know Tosun is not a Suarez or a Messi, but in my opinion how Calvert Lewin is chosen and not him, is beyond my football understanding.
The only reason i could think of is Calvert is club grown where as Tosun is not- however on the pitch, the primary expectation from a Striker is to be a good goal scorer, and Tosun is twice the finisher Calvert is.
yeah, Calvert has more pace in him, but if that really mattered more then finishing, Usain Bolt would have been a leading striker in a EPL team
as for Turkey's chances for the Euro 2020, if we could snatch a draw in Paris on monday, we basically guarantee it.
but if we lose against France, we need not to lose against Iceland at home..
so although we have a huge chance to qualify, its far from finished.

I see Tosun has scored for Turkey yet again but still get left out here, what’s Silvas issue with him, is it because Big Sam brought him in. I really hope Silva goes before Tosun as the man deserves a good run in the side.
On Tosun you are spot on. He can score! Not a silky player but he can sniff a goal and shows wllling beyond the darlings we play all of the time. Give him a run of first starter for at least six games.scored again.
