So if it's that easy why isn't there a line of clubs waiting to take him? The simple fact is he absolutely garbage and still not worth paying 35k a week for.
It seems that he doesnt want Spain (celta) or Russia (cska)...he prefers a move back to Turkey...I guess he wants to make sure he is a definite starter wherever he goes so that he can make the Euros...plus for sure he will score loads in Turkey versus the other competitions.

Not sure what else he can do, If teams don't want him then they don't want him.
We've gave him stupid wages which no other teams can fully cover because guess what he's absolute crap.

If these teams really want him then make them act like they want him. Make a stand, it’s a sale or he sits in the reserves. Or at the very least we get his wages paid while they borrow him for 6 months. Teams are just taking the piss out of us now.

From the outside looking in it looks like he'll go to Besiktas on the cheap because of all the clubs that do want him, he isn't interested and would rather go back to his old club.

He has a history of thinking he's too big for clubs, Palace first time around for example.

Same thing happened with Walcott. Southampton can easily afford his wages especially with no fee on top, but he got to go back home because that's where he wanted to be and we're out of pocket because of it.

We're too nice when it comes to letting players go back home on the cheap.

He’s on what £70k pw? For the rest of the season that’s £1.4m.

Easily affordable for literally any top flight team for the top 6/7 leagues in Europe.
Do you have the numbers to back this up?

People can fume over Brands all they want but we put ourselves in this position by overpaying these wasters and the fact that we want rid of our crap squad players while still paying 50% of their wages suggest the motivation to do this is financial more than anything else.

And as for Walcott, looking at estimates of their wage bill their highest earner is Ings on £75k a week, in what world are they paying £100k a week (supposedly what he's actually on here) for Walcott? Nobody is prepared to pay those wages to get Walcott for a year because he just isn't worth it and the only ones stupid enough to think he was was us 3 years ago.

TOSUN WANTS BESIKTAS RETURN

Out-of-favour Everton striker Cenk Tosun, 29 appears to be closing in on a move back to Besiktas.

"If Everton and Besiktas agree, I am ready to wear the black and white jersey again," the Turkey international told NTV Spor.

"I would like to contribute to Besiktas until the end of the season. If Everton approves the transfer, it will not be a problem for me.”

£1.4m total cost isn't a big outlay.

When you look at any club in the top leagues they all buy players for a few million minimum. Tosun might not be great but he walks into a lot of bottom half sides in most top leagues.

Again with Walcott there is no fee on top. If they covered his wages that's £5.2m total cost for a very experienced, generally decent premier league player.

Southampton spent almost £40m on transfer fees alone and Walcott was always going to be a regular starter for them. We were robbed.

I'm actually a big fan of Brands, I praise him all the time and rate his approach when it comes to buying smart.

To suggest he's immune from criticism when in my opinion we haven't sold anyone for a "great" fee, and sold many for poor fees or they've left for free.

It's a poor strike rate for sales.

They don’t go otherwise.
Look how many were still dealing with!!
It’s the only way to get them shifted.
