Scored one goal, it would have been two only for VAR.
Not a great footballer but certainly a goalscorer.

I very much agree with what you say. My concern is that you have clubs sniffing around for him, each with their own scouting network, but the answer still comes up as Cenk. Is that a collective lack of imagination? Probably / hopefully, but he is still coming up as their best solution.Blowing out his arse after 15 minutes, movement of a cabbage, unwilling to press or compete in any area of the pitch, not even looking like threatening either running in behind or in the air. Scored a nice little dink after the keeper had made it easy for him by running off his line when he had defenders covering and that was his lot for 120 minutes. Would be quite happy to never see his face again.
We were playing a side bottom of the championship not won in their last 8 games if his performance gets him a move great .......he's too slow and not a back to goal player of prem standard .....Still thought he did well, no point saying otherwise, we created nothing, he was game, looked alert and dangerous, I thought he competed well. His finish for his first, and disallowed second were excellent, especially the chalked off second, winning that ball and getting out in front, really good centre forward play.
Looking fitter then I’ve seen him since he’s been with us, lean.
Goes to show, we all see the game differently.
Always looks slow to me, cumbersome, almost like he‘s in slow motion. Absolute gash. I’d have Prince Niasse over him any day.I very much agree with what you say. Looks likely that we are going to have to work hard to find a gem to replace him, even as backup striker. I guess my rambling point is that a replacement won’t be easy. However, I would personally prefer a grafter with pace and power even without the international pedigree.

We were so poor yet again though .......Carlo has not got the team playing well ATM it's shocking tbh .......whoever is no 9 the early creativity has disappeared .....All I’m saying is I thought he played well, I think that’s ok, I’m not advocating for a 10 years contract.
Rotherham played very well today and caused us problems, fair is fair I’d give them a lot of respect and credit for their performance today.

Leeds didn’t let us have the ball they had something like 60% possessions. And we had 8 shots on target. Had the front 3 been on their game v Leeds we would have scored a few goals. There is a pattern for me mate, West Ham, Newcastle, Leeds, we struggle against teams who let us have the ball, sit in and bring it to the trenches and make it a battle.
Rotherham showed it today to.

But I do agree, we do struggle if teams park the bus. Which is what West Ham did for an hour. It’s all about getting an early goal in them games
I said it myself after the West Ham game. That with James & digne out. If Richarlison isn’t on his best game. We don’t have any one else to open a team up.,Yeah fair point, Leeds were the better team in the day. I suppose I’m speaking less specifically about individual games and more on key aspect that for a trend - Leeds out battled us that day and took it to the trenches. Southampton similarly.
The two tenants we struggle with are breaking down teams who let us have the ball and winning games were it’s taken to the trenches and out battling teams. Either or both of those two aspects accounts for our losses and games we’ve struggled in this year. I’d exclude the Utd game, they has better quality on the day.
