Thelwell can’t change that culture, only Moshiri can stop his habit of interfering.

He can if he does his job properly and tells Moshiri NO, either butt out or he walks. he has too, we can't allow Moshiri to mess around like it's a computer game any longer. I hope this season has been a wake up call for him.

He did chip in with goals during the first half season under Allardyce, but not much since. Wasted several years of his career frankly. Says a lot about his motivations- refused moves (loans etc) over cash.

Surely you'd want to play and try to get form / fitness back? Short career etc, but these lads are, if they aren't stupid, set for life if they play at a high level.
