Cenk Tosun

Gomes or gbamin for me at least tosun scored a couple of winners , that’s how low the bar is
For me, Gbamin has been incredibly unlucky, but has always worked to try and get fit and was willing to go out to Russia to try and prove himself.

Tosun refused to leave on loan and was happy to just take the wages even though he did do an OK job in allardyces set up, but for the last what, 4 years, he has been a disgrace.

Think he's our worst ever signing, £28m+wages completely splattered down the drain
To be fair, you are probably right. To compound matters his refusal to join another team and just take his wages as a completely irrelevant squad player speaks volumes about him as a person. Walcott scored a few goals. Both horrific signings by fat Sam.

Good riddance you racist meff

Absolutely awful player yet no surprise at all due to the sheer number of similar expensive mistakes we've made in recent years. Still stuck with a load of them.

There has to be an enquiry in to this transfer.

I’m pretty sure this was an alladyce special.

Quite simply we panic bought because the club was going down and got ourselves a decent slotted who could score lots in a slower league but struggled with pace in the PL.

He then did his cruciate ligament and lost what little pace he did have and became completely useless. Even then we were going to tell him for 15 mill to Palace after his loan spell, before he did his cruciate again.

Injuries ruined his career with us, as they’ve ruined so many others.

He wasn't good enough before the injuries. In his first game at Spurs he was a million miles off the pace of the game.
