Reuters 10:30 GMT 26 Feb 2009: Hospitals in certain parts of Merseyside and strangely, also in Oslo, Norway are reporting a severe increase in cases of wrist related injuries this morning. Extra staff have been drafted in to cope with the additional requirement which, this agency believes, is down to increased repetitive strain on the wrist, presumed to be heightened masterbation. Whether this is linked to the success of Liverpool in last night's game in the Bernabeu is, as yet, unconfirmed.
