Leeds were by far the better team on Friday night. Some of the Wednesday fans didn't cover themselves in glory though. There was bottles fired at the Leeds goalkeeper and snooker balls were fired at the Leeds fans as well.

Between the racism incident against Coventry and those people who made fun of poor Bradley Lowery. Obviously all clubs have their bad element, but Wednesday fans have been making headlines for all the wrong reasons lately.

If this continues then Sheffield Wednesday might develop a reputation similar to that of Leeds. According to some posters on the forums Chansiri is cutting corners on security and stewarding at Hillsborough. Hopefully this bad element can be reigned in. There's no point doing what the rs do by brushing this under the carpet.

This is getting a bit more publicity now though. The normal Wednesday fans are kicking up a fuss about this. Hopefully the club listens and gets this situation under control. There was always going to be trouble considering that Leeds were the opposition.
 
Ipswich are still very much in it. My family in UK are getting to a lot of their games and getting very excited.
Watched them demolish Wednesday and they were v impressive. Seemed to get over the Cardiff disaster anyway.
If it's not automatic,it looks like their rivals " the budgies " in the play offs.
 

I certainly respect Ipswich and their season to date. Looks a bit of a miracle. Not sure they'll repeat it if they stay down, looks a bit of a perfect storm- a strike while iron is hot, one in a multiple etc.

I also strongly dislike their CEO. He was with us, ingratiating and oily but nearly helped to run us aground financially..on one hand I hope they break the Parachute top 2 monopoly, otoh I can't abide Mark Ashton and nor can many Bristol City fans.
