Championship Play-Off Final - Blackpool v Cardiff

It will happen but I wouldnt say they're terrible. Charlie Adam is a good player, DJ Campbell can put it about, they pass the ball well, chase everything down, fitness wise they look top shape...

The back four is all over the shop but theyre that gun-ho they'll score goals. In the prem they just need to get tight and do a Brum....dont conceed many. £90mill should do alright in getting some defenders.

But Holloway and Blackpool fans wont give a [Poor language removed] if they lose every game in the prem - Holloway has said that. The fact they've got there is a big deal.

It's a fantastic achievement from what were relegation candidates at the start of the season. I would say the odds on them making it to the Premiership would have been over 50/1 before a ball was kicked.

Typical Everton fans, negative as always.

I'm made up for Blackpool, they have done it the hard way, on team spirit and passion. That's how Everton do it. Self-belief and desire to want to succeed.

There are going to be some very messy weekends next season.

Very messy.

HAHAH Defo. BNB's everywhere....quality weekend away day that will be.

Think DJ Campbell is on loan from the foxes.

However this Blackpool team were favourites to be relegated this season, and look what happened. They may not look good, but write off Blackpool at your peril.

Yeah, he is. Think they'll bite Blackpool's hand off for a mill for him though.

You are more negative at times than all of us put together.

Yes but when I am I usually back it up with reason.

I've just been watching a bunch of lads who know where the goal is, and have the desire to get there. They have a manager who is an absolute breath of fresh air, and deserves all that he gets.

Would not disagree with any of that. They will still get battered all over the show next season though.

True. Comes out with some comedy gold like but he's a serious football man. Getting Blackpool to the prem against all odds is proof of that.

But he says it how it is. Doesnt make excuses. He knows the prem is gonna tear his team a new arse...but he's gonna give it a go because Blackpool were written off, odds on for the drop to league 1, but proved them wrong. His team fights and go for it. Can see them being involved in some fun games next season.

Well they might not mate. You all think you know the ins and outs of football, but if anything the last 10 years has proven that it isn't the case. Reading came up and did really well, they were not backed in the end and went down after 2 seasons, same with Hull although the loss of Phil Brown was generally the cause there. Burnley had a great season, but just failed at the last - they weren't battered all over the show though.

Never underestimate the power of team spirit. It's what's got Everton loads of points the last few seasons. We got 4th spot on team spirit.

I really think their season is a total one off. Had they not made it up this year, they would have been near the bottom of the Championship next season. They have a few decent players, but a lot of very average ones. Their team spirit is to be admired though, but they will need it when they are losing games by 3, 4, or 5 goals. You will see then if their spirit will carry them on to great things. I personally dont believe it will. After a few thrashings their spirit will start to fade. I hope i am wrong though, because i love to see the underdog succeed.
Personally i dont think they will finish with over 10 points. Though i may change my mind if they make a lot of signings, but i dont expect them to do that.
