Don’t rate him I’m afraid .
Always thought he was average at Burnley .
Occasional flashes of brilliance surrounded by dirge.
He will always be an ‘almost ‘ player, I think.
Never quite living up to the potential he displayed as a young player.
Which is why he ended up at Burnley really .
Seems a nice enough bloke though and I wish him the best of luck ,

Too slow and two one footed to be anything more than bog average.

With those limitations you have to be truly almost world class with your control, skill and other foot, he very much is not remotely close to that.

Sheedy could as he arguably had the best left foot I've ever seen in terms of passing range/finishing.

Too many people overlook the importance of the press, which is why many managers like Dacoure but not as many fans.

Only problem is Doucoure has one good game in 4 pressing the rest he ambles around getting the ball easily passed around him.
