So many types and flavours of cheese from all over the world, but no need to look afar for my choice. A good old crumbly Lancashire.
Always first choice for the GOT favourite - cheese on toast.

I've not tried enough to form a proper opinion. I think I had some particularly potent stuff when I was a kid and from memory it was too much for my immature taste buds to handle and thus I've never properly got into soft cheese.

Maybe dip your toe with a little Cornish Brie...nice easy going stuff,get decent bits in Morrisons.

This place is pretty good for high-quality cheese, not used it in a while but used to get various smoked cheese from them as well as Pecorino

Miss Wenna by Curds & Croust is a very nice Cornish Brie-style cheese. Would recommend.
