Wish the other big teams would have been knocked out, as is the way when we are left in the hat to win it we'd need to beat 3 out of the big 4.

Imagine if you only had to beat the likes of Cardiff, West Ham, Alaves, Birmingham etc to win a trophy.....as if that'd happen.

Rooney is probably your best forward, but put him alone up front as a target man, and you will curse him during and after the match.

I don't remember the last time he did well as a lone striker, maybe in Jan 2016 when he scored 6 in 6, before that I can't remember. Need to play with two strikers mates..

Also, we need to be starting a proper striker and real wingers. Nothing too fancy. No need to expect a win, just a performance. Give Mirallas the oppurtunity to show some real guile and willpower. Let Niasse run at them clumsily. Have Davies chop someone down and get a second yellow for diving. Just go out there and eff these in the face

Tough task ahead for Unsy, not a person to shirk from what is needed. I expect a 4-4-2 formation, but who it will be would not like to say ATM.

Unsy needs this game under his belt and move on, personally could not give a fig for the comp but Unsy will be able to asses players and tactics for the more important league games coming up.
