I watched this at the pub with a Chelsea mate. Not the funnest day of my life to say the least.

Defence was a shambles. Half the midfield was anonymous. And what can Saha do by himself up top so isolated? - nothing.

Would appreciate a PM if anybody has any good rivers.

Roysten anything the bluefox posts you can take as gospel fella as far as sauce goes if there's anyone better on this forum then ive yet to come across them, and that include's any of your cronies

Its not the result that is annoying but the performance and our approach to the game. Why couldn't we just have had a go?

I hope in the next game we can play with 2 upfront, maybe Saha and Vellios. Obviously this will never happen, Moyes will persist with the same tactics and generally the same starting 11.

Also, how has our defence become so poor? It used to be the one thing we could count on.

Howard

Coleman Heitinga Distin Baines

Gueye Fellaini Rodwell Drenthe

Saha Vellios

We should start with that vs Fulham next week but we won't.
Why does Gueye not even get a look in?

It'd be great if we did mate, but there is hardly any chance of it happening.

What mate ? I don't think i ever said anything about him being a good or bad source...

It was like watching a Walter Smith team, beaten before we even kicked off and trying to protect a narrow defeat.

When Moyes came in we marvelled at actually having a go at beating teams, what's happened?

It was the longest game I've watched in the Moyes era. I looked at my watch and couldn't believe that only 18 minutes had passed by, and we were still level then!

Shocking performance and most importantly attitude, no-one came away with any merit, apart from Vellios - towards the end we had a 19 year old screaming at his fellow professionals to get higher up the pitch - good on him, shame on the rest! He and Drenthe must start on Sunday, please !!!!

You know, I was thinking the same. After the game I thought to myself, we look as bad as we did under Smith. I was wondering if I was being harsh, but I obviously wasn't the only one who thought that.

Bang on mate it appears moysie has given up as well.

How many minutes has Vellios played for us overall in the PL? Would it even be 90? he comes on for about the last 8 minutes of most the games so far. So that's a ratio of 2 goals a game. Bring him on earlier ffs! Him and Drenthe need to come on when there's still enough time for them to influence the scoreline, the goal on Saturday was a product of just them two.

These sort of performances, which used to happen only once or twice a season, are sadly becoming more frequent. The Moyes at Everton project peaked in the 07/08 and 08/09 seasons and is now on it's merry way downhill, unlikely to reverse this trend without new ownership and finance. It's very sad to see it happen really, but it was inevitable.
