I just want Moyes to test his squad in these couple of games. Why keep playing the same players like Doucs. We know what he’s about and we either offer him reduced terms or he leaves. Charley we need to see for a few games having 90 mins. Same for Patterson, Chermiti etc. The Southampton game would be important historically to win but as for the rest just mix it up.

Agree entirely with your premise however I’d be amazed if Doucs doesn’t get the nod today. This is literally the ideal game for him. Chelsea are being almost forced to play out from the back which they are not comfortable with (especially the keeper) so Doucoure will be in full on run around destruction mode. And imo it’s the right choice for this match, both he and Harrison have done well in last two games (and I’m not a fan in the least) so deserve the start. Ruffling their feathers is the right play and hopefully bring Alcaraz and Chermiti on when we need to apply the coup de grace!
