…pretty ordinary the Yankees this year. One of the monthly resulted in an 88-1 double which covered lots (would’ve been a profit had Magic Daze won rather than being left at the start today). I think one of the daily Yankees returned double stakes but they resulted in a loss overall.

Anyone coming away from four of the most competitive days racing with a profit has done brilliantly. It’s such a hard week if you bet on every race. Onto Aintree in a few weeks.

Very profitable week, went into it with the thinking that I’ll use the free bets on offer and if I win anything great, if I don’t then nothings lost. I’ve come out of it with £80 odd thanks to an E/W single on Tuesday and an E/W treble including the Gold Cup winner today

So, because paddypower were actively giving money away earlier (see above) I've whisked the 15 notes I was down on the week off, and now I've twenty rips to wax on the races tomorrow. Who will be my hero? Where is a caped crusader to lead me to the winners enclosure? This damsel is in distress and only a couple of winners on the track can calm down the crazy....

Well this took a nasty turn. £35 in the account to fritter away or bank as I saw fit. Suddenly it was gone.
Just found out the hows and the whys.
Xhaka gave away a freekick in the first few minutes of yesterdays Arsenal game, good going I thought, we're in nicely here.
Later in the game around 50 minutes or so, he commits another foul, but the referee plays advantage. Play runs and when play stops, the referee yellow cards him cos it was a proper one. In play that was where the bet paid out. Couple of hours later they clawed back the money from the account with no explanation. Get your head around this...

Anyhow, it's took a bit of moaning but they've chucked me £10 in free bets. The irony being with the tenner just, I've more cash* in the account than I would have had now 'cos I'd have bet so poorly on the horses for a fourth consecutive day.

Careful of the fine print with these jackals. Outrageous to be emptying accounts after paying out - never heard of that kinda caper before.
