I will have to read the Chico preview but I usually take the "insults" with a pinch of salt. They are generally just light hearted Toffee flavoured barbs and I've never seen them as genuinely intended to insult. After all it's meant for this audience.

As one who has been to Southampton many times (not so much for football (2-0 win 1994 at the Dell the only visit) and who lived in Hampshire and Wiltshire.. I do hate the Southampton road system and the city centre is rather bland (maybe that's the fault of those damn Nazis).. and the locals are, as the saying goes "strong in the arm...." etc.

But completely agree about the Titanic observation!!
